I commend Ill Will Press for continuing its tradition of saying everything we, as humans, are afraid to (but are nonetheless thinking).

This episode is almost EXACTLY depictive of every experience I have ever had with tech support. In the words of Nicky (a character in Broadway's Avenue Q) in the song "Everyone's a Little Bit Racist,"...

"Everyone makes judgments based on race. No, not big judgments like who to hire or who to buy a newspaper from. Just little judgments like thinking that Mexican busboys should learn to speak goddam English!"
